General Instructions for Registration

Conference Registration is mandatory to submit an abstract or attend pre-conference workshops.

Pay the amount required through the Bank Transfer and then fill out the form at the bottom of the page for registering.

The Registration to the conference consists of 2 steps- Payment & Form filling. Not completing any one of these will lead to no Registration.

Within 24 hours of your successful payment and registration, you will recieve an email from our side with your Registration ID.

Please check your spam, updates, promotions, etc - all inboxes for missing emails. Do contact us if still not received.

Save all these emails for future reference.

Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations & alterations must be updated and acknowledged only via email (upisacon2025@gmail.com)

No refund requests will be entertained after 24th September 2025.

30% of the registration fee would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded.

Registration to the conference is non-transferable, which means it cannot be transferred to any other delegate as a substitute.

All refunds will be processed 45 days after the completion of the conference.

No refunds will be sanctioned for No Shows.
